Beauty & wellness

Your hands are
literally full.

You are mid-colour, mid-treatment, gloved. The phone rings and you cannot answer it. That call was almost certainly someone trying to give you money, and there is no version of the day where you get to it in time.

Where it leaks

01

Every ringing phone is a booking

Salon calls are short and transactional: how much, how long, when can you fit me in. Almost all of them convert if answered. Almost none convert if missed.

02

Instagram DMs sit for hours

Beauty runs on Instagram, and the enquiry that waits six hours is answered by a competitor in six minutes. Volume makes it worse, not better.

03

Late cancellations kill the day

A no-show at 14:00 with an empty diary behind it costs a full slot. The list of people who wanted that time exists — nobody has a free minute to call it.

What the system handles

Prices and treatment times

Answers what a service costs and how long it takes, per your price list, including the ranges where the honest answer is 'it depends on length'.

Booking with the right stylist

Books against individual rotas and skill sets, so a balayage does not land in a junior's column.

Instagram, Messenger and Viber

The same agent, replying in seconds on the channels your clients actually use, with the same prices and the same tone.

Cancellation and waitlist recovery

Offers the freed slot to your waitlist immediately and confirms whoever takes it first.

Rebooking prompts

Follows up at the right interval — six weeks for colour, four for nails — and books the next visit.

How it sounds

An ordinary
conversation.

Illustrative, not a recording. On a call we will dial a live agent and hand you the phone instead — that is a better test than anything written down.

Client hi! how much is balayage and do you have anything this weekend? 😊
Aurum Hi! Balayage starts at 180 lv and takes around three hours, depending on length and current colour. Saturday I have 10:00 with Elena or 15:30 with Maria — would either work?
Client saturday 10 with elena please
Aurum Booked you in for Saturday at 10:00 with Elena. You will get a confirmation by SMS shortly — see you then!
Booked · stylist matched · SMS confirmation sent

Questions from this sector

Our prices depend on hair length. Can it handle that?

Yes, and it should not pretend otherwise. It quotes the range and the factors that move it, then books a consultation or flags the appointment for confirmation. Guessing a firm number and getting it wrong costs you the client at the chair, so we set it up to be honest about ranges.

Will clients know it is not me?

Most do not notice, but we do not build it to deceive anyone. If a client asks directly, it says so and offers to have you call back. Salons are relationship businesses — getting caught pretending is worse than the missed call was.

Can it take deposits?

Not over the phone. It sends a payment link instead, which is safer for both sides and gives you a record. Card details spoken aloud to any automated system is a bad idea regardless of who built it.
