Proof

Numbers,
or nothing.

There are no case studies on this page yet. We would rather show you an empty page than invented ones — and you should treat any agency's unverifiable percentages the same way. What we can show you is exactly what gets measured, and exactly what lands in your inbox every month.

Before you pay anything

The audit log is
the first proof.

Over three days we call your business the way your customers do — evening, weekend, lunch hour, second language — and record what happens to every attempt.

You get the raw log: time of each call, how long it rang, whether anyone answered, and what was said if they did. It is your own data about your own business, and it is yours whether or not you hire us.

Most owners are wrong about this number, usually by a factor of five. That gap is the entire argument, and it is one you can verify yourself rather than take from a page like this one.

What arrives every month

The report,
blank.

This is the actual template. The figures are empty because they are yours — every one of them is pulled from the call log, not from a survey or an estimate, and every one has a transcript behind it you can open.

What will appear here

Rule one

Named, or not published

A case study carries the business name and the person who signed it off. “A hotel in the south” is not a reference, it is a paragraph we could have written about nobody.

Rule two

Numbers from the log

Every figure comes out of the call data and can be reproduced on request. Nothing rounded upward, nothing from a satisfaction survey, nothing we cannot show you the source of.

Rule three

Ninety days minimum

Anything works in week one. We publish results only after a system has run a full quarter, because month three is where the honest answer lives.

Until a client meets all three, this page stays as it is. That is deliberate.
