The same eight
questions, forever.

How much is a membership, do you have a trial, what time is the evening class, is there parking, can I freeze it, do I need to book. Enormous volume, tiny variation, and almost all of it arriving when the front desk is running a class.

Where it leaks

01

Enquiries peak at the worst hours

People ask about joining a gym in the evening and at the weekend, which is when your staff are teaching, not sitting at a desk.

02

Trials booked late are trials not attended

The gap between deciding to try something and being booked in is where motivation dies. Same-hour beats same-day by a wide margin.

03

Lapsed members are never called

The list of people who stopped coming three months ago is the cheapest source of revenue you have, and nobody has ever had time to work it.

What the system handles

Membership and pricing questions

Answers on tiers, contract length, freezing, joining fees and what is included, from your own terms.

Trial and class booking

Books trials, intro sessions and classes into live availability, with capacity limits respected.

Timetable questions

Class times, instructor, level and whether booking is required — the single highest-volume question in the sector.

Renewal and win-back

Outbound campaigns to members approaching renewal and to those who have quietly stopped attending.

Front-desk overflow

Covers the phone while your team is on the floor, where they should be.

How it sounds

An ordinary
conversation.

Illustrative, not a recording. On a call we will dial a live agent and hand you the phone instead — that is a better test than anything written down.

Questions from this sector

Can it sell memberships?

It answers the questions and books the trial, which is where conversion actually happens. It sends a payment link rather than taking card details by phone. Most people join after trying, not after a phone call, so that is where we put the effort.

Will it push people who are not interested?

No. Follow-up sequences stop the moment someone replies or asks to be left alone, and unsubscribes are honoured immediately. Aggressive chasing in this sector damages the brand more than the extra sign-up is worth.

Does it work with our booking software?

It writes into the common platforms directly. Where there is no integration available we will tell you that before you sign rather than discovering it during setup.

are actually missing.

Twenty minutes. We call your business the way your customers do — evening, weekend, second language — and send you the log. Yours to keep either way.
